Kate Moreland

Kate Moreland is a coach, speaker, and former CEO who helps women return to their natural essence through heart-led leadership, deep self-awareness, and wild authenticity. With more than two decades of professional experience in law, education, and nonprofit leadership, she knows firsthand the toll of living out of alignment—and the freedom that comes from rediscovering purpose.
After navigating her own “life quake” of burnout, career transitions, and renewal, Kate committed herself to guiding others through moments of transformation. She is a certified Coach, trained in the Science of Wellbeing through Yale, with additional certifications in emotional intelligence, mind-body integration, and Strategic Doing.
“I am deeply honored to be joining this inspiring collective of women. As a certified coach and advocate for authenticity and well-being, I am passionate about helping women reconnect to their inner wisdom, honor their wholeness, and lead lives rooted in purpose and presence. Together, we are cultivating a movement grounded in feminine power—community, compassion, creativity, and collaboration. When we fill our own cups and support one another in doing the same, we not only elevate our lives—we create change that ripples into our families, workplaces, and the world.” – Kate Moreland 2025
Kate is the co-host of the Tend HER Wild podcast, a soulful conversation series dedicated to untaming the wild woman within, and she regularly facilitates transformational retreats. In every space she leads, Kate helps women reconnect with their inner wisdom, reclaim their voice, and root themselves in practices that sustain strength, balance, and authentic connection. At Water Bearer, she brings her gifts in leadership development, soulful facilitation, and integrative wellness to support our mission of creating a community where body, mind, and spirit can thrive together.
