Born from the belief that when we fill our own cups, we discover an endless capacity to pour into others, the Winter Gathering at the Well is a day of renewal, reflection, and reconnection. Guided by the five elements of the Well Within, we’ll gather in community to restore balance, awaken purpose, and ripple compassion into the world around us.

Throughout the day, you’ll experience four inspiring sessions led by members of the Water Bearer Collective — women dedicated to empowering others through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection:

Through stories, reflection, and dialogue, explore how authentic connection and courageous communication create empowered, compassionate communities — and how leading from the heart transforms both self and others.

Tasha Mulligan and Chris Amelon guide participants through the powerful connection between inner and outer strength. Tasha explores how breath, posture, and pelvic floor awareness can create alignment and balance from within, while Chris highlights the essential role of strength training in building confidence, longevity, and overall health.

Awakening Your Desires and Soul Purpose

with Kate Moreland

Kate Moreland supports women to reconnect with their intuition, inner wisdom, and authentic voice. Through grounding practices and reflective journaling, participants will soften out of “doing mode” and drop into a deeper sense of being. 

Together, we explore the feminine qualities—creativity, intuition, compassion, receptivity, and embodied presence—that unlock our unique purpose and inner truth. This session offers a sacred pause to remember who you are beneath the expectations, reconnect to what lights you up, and commit to one aligned action that honors your gifts and future path.

Through the empowering lens of Lifestyle Medicine, Julie will share how small, intentional choices in movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and connection can create the foundation for optimal wellness and lasting vitality. Laura will bring these principles to life with simple, nourishing meal ideas and practical tools to help participants integrate healthy habits into their daily lives. Together, they’ll inspire a sustainable path toward balance, energy, and well-being—one mindful choice at a time.
