Well Within Lifestyle Foundations
Four Evenings in March and April 4:30-6:30 pm.
The Well Within (Body) Small Group Series is a 4-session, journey designed to support women in building strength, restoring balance, and cultivating sustainable lifestyle habits that nourish the body from the inside out. This series integrates movement, pelvic floor education, and supportive coaching in nutrition, sleep and movement to help participants feel stronger, more connected to their bodies, and confident in caring for their long-term well-being.
Grounded in the belief that true wellness is built through consistency, compassion, and community, each session offers hands-on learning, guided practices, and space for reflection and support.

Seasoned Wisdom

Join the Water Bearer Collective in partnership with Tend HER Wild Podcast hosts Dr. Betsy Rippentrop and Kate Moreland, for a special live podcast event, “Seasoned Wisdom.” This intimate and powerful conversation will feature 4 legendary older women who are overflowing with unapologetic authenticity, hard-won insight, and deep self-trust and wisdom that only comes with age.

This event will be held at the James Theatre, Iowa City on April 1st from 11am – 1pm. A light lunch will be served and time to network will follow the recording.
